About the Event

We are pleased to announce that the third edition of Colombia Wind Power 2020 will take place virtually on the 25-26 November 2020! Colombia Wind Power is the official industry event for the local and international wind industry in Colombia, and is co-organised with the Global Wind Energy Council (GWEC) and SER Colombia.

Due to ongoing restrictions caused by COVID-19, the event organisers have decided to hold this event in a virtual format. However, even with a virtual format, we will continue to bring together leading authorities of the industry, government stakeholders and energy regulators in Colombia, to discuss and exchange experiences.

In this virtual edition we will continue to provide the most updated and exclusive insights on policies, measures and actions that will need to be taken to advance Colombia’s energy transition and power a green recovery.

High-level Conference & Side Events

The conference programme will invite all the most relevant industry, government and other stakeholders to discuss the issues that are crucial to continue developing Colombia’s wind power industry.

Virtual Expo

While we cannot meet in person in Colombia this year, we will be bringing the country’s industry leaders to you in our virtual expo, where you can listen to live presentations and chat with live booth reps.

Latest Policy Updates

Following Colombia’s successful first renewable energy auction last year, this event is your chance to engage with policymakers to learn more about the policies impacting the sector, and how the industry can play a key role in a green recovery.

This event is not your typical virtual event – you will be able to connect with professionals from across the world through our one-to-one Networking Area, business matchmaking sessions, and event chat where you can reach out to anyone attending the event with live video calls.
